July 14, 2014 – The ECS Land Residences Homeowners Association Inc. had already filed the adverse claim over the Lot No. 8351, TCT 28616 before the office of The Registry of Deeds Legazpi City. Thus, the rights of the HOA in continuing the program enrollment will be realized.
