The Future Residential Site of LPMBA Inc. is NOT within Protected Area as per ECA Certification issued by DENR-CENRO

November 20, 2014 – The Community Environmental and Natural Resources certify that the future Ocean Avenue located at Brgy. Lamba, Legazpi City covered under TCT No. 47572 with an area of 49,800 square meters is NOT within Protected Area such as Mt. Mayon Volcano Natural Park, Mt. Masaraga Forest Reserve and Mangrove Areas and Wildlife Sanctuaries as stipulated under DAO No. 97-37 and DAO No. 2003-30.

The certification was issued by DENR-CENRO for the purposes of lot conversion from agricultural/coconut land to socialized housing.

The community associations submitted their application for GLAD Program

October 21, 2014 – Thru the effort of the EFX Creative Studio as a community organizer, the following community associations had submitted their application for Group Land Acquisition and Development Program before the honorable office of Pag-IBIG Fund.

The community organizer is also preparing the necessary requirements for the application of Legazpi Pag-IBIG Member Beneficiaries Association (LPMBA) Inc. Furthermore, the LPMBA Inc. is still accepting applicant beneficiaries to avail of the program.

ECS Land Residences HOA Inc. submitted the application for GLAD Program Enrollment

October 11, 2014 – The ECS Land Residences Homeowners Association Inc. had already submitted their application for Group Land Acquisition and Development Program, duly received by the Pag-IBIG office.

The association expects the completion of necessary requirements before the end of this year. Thus, the association’s mission to provide homes for its members shall definitely carried out.

Site Zonal Evaluation of Ocean Avenue

June 20, 2014 – The EFX Management assisted the landowner of Lot No. 10498 and the President of LPMBA Inc. in relation to the application for Site Zonal Evaluation of Ocean Avenue. The required documents has been submitted before the office of Bureau of Internal Revenue in support to the application for conversion before the office of Department of Agrarian Reform.

June 17, 2014 – The EFX Management assisted the LPMBA Inc. in compliance of required documents for CERTIFICATE OF NON COVERAGE of Lot No. 10498 duly received by the DENR-CENRO. The subject property shall be subject for Group Land Acquisition and Development Program of Pag-IBIG.
