The community associations submitted their application for GLAD Program

October 21, 2014 – Thru the effort of the EFX Creative Studio as a community organizer, the following community associations had submitted their application for Group Land Acquisition and Development Program before the honorable office of Pag-IBIG Fund.

The community organizer is also preparing the necessary requirements for the application of Legazpi Pag-IBIG Member Beneficiaries Association (LPMBA) Inc. Furthermore, the LPMBA Inc. is still accepting applicant beneficiaries to avail of the program.

ECS Land Residences HOA Inc. submitted the application for GLAD Program Enrollment

October 11, 2014 – The ECS Land Residences Homeowners Association Inc. had already submitted their application for Group Land Acquisition and Development Program, duly received by the Pag-IBIG office.

The association expects the completion of necessary requirements before the end of this year. Thus, the association’s mission to provide homes for its members shall definitely carried out.

Good News! ECS Land Residences HOA’s Right has been established

July 14, 2014 – The ECS Land Residences Homeowners Association Inc. had already filed the adverse claim over the Lot No. 8351, TCT 28616 before the office of The Registry of Deeds Legazpi City. Thus, the rights of the HOA in continuing the program enrollment will be realized.

Application for Engineering Geological and Geohazard Assessment was received by the DENR-Geo Sciences Division

May 12, 2014 – The EFX Management assisted the land owner and the President of ECS Land Homeowners Association, Inc. in submitting the complete requirements for ENGINEERING GEOLOGICAL AND GEOHAZARD ASSESSMENT to DENR-Geo Sciences Division.

Application for Land Use Classification Certification for ECS Land Residences was received by the Office of the City Planning and Development

May 8, 2014 – Office of the City Planning and Development received the letter of application with complete requirements for Land Use Classification Certificate of Lot No. 8351, in support of the application for reclassification before the office of Department of Agriculture.

Letter Application for Site Zonal Evaluation was received by the office of Bureau of Internal Revenue

May 7, 2014 – Bureau of Internal Revenue received the letter application with complete requirements for a Site Zonal Evaluation of ECS Land Residences. Wherein, it will be submitted before the office of the Department of Agrarian Reform for the required bond payment.

Site Zoning Certification of ECS Land Residences has been issued by the City Planning and Development Office

May 6, 2014 – The City Planning and Development Office certify that Lot 8351 of the Cadastral Survey of Albay, located at Barangay Puro, Legazpi City; containing an area of Eighteen Thousand Seven Hundred Thirty Four (18,734) square meters; is situated within a General Development Area District (Zone 82) land use classification, per Zoning Ordinance No. 01-2002, dated January 8, 2002.

The certification was issued upon request of the land owner and the EFX Management  in support to the application for Environmental Compliance Certificate (ECC) at the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) – Environmental Management Bureau (EMB) R-V.

Letter Application for Site Zoning Certification was received by the Office of the City Planning and Development

May 6, 2014 – Office of the City Planning and Development Zoning Division received the letter of application with complete requirements for the issuance of Site Zoning Certification of Lot No. 8351 also known as “ECS Land Residences”.

The Certificate shall be submitted before the office of the DENR-EMB as requirement for the issuance of ECC-Environmental Compliance Certificate.

Non-Irrigation Coverage of ECS Land Residences- Approved by NIA

March 7, 2014 – National Irrigation Administration (NIA) released the certificate of non-irrigation coverage for ECS Land Residences situated at Brgy. Puro, Legazpi City.

PCA Inspection Verification for ECS Land Residences Completed

March 5, 2014 – Philippine Coconut Authority (PCA) released the certificate of inspection verification for ECS Land Residences situated at Brgy. Puro, Legazpi City and has been verified that the area has NO planted coconut trees.
